To meet our clients’ needs for expanding their real estate business in Southeast Asia, we provide support from the introduction of local partners through to the completion of deals.

Introduction of local partners and their real estate investment opportunities
Negotiation with local partners and participation in meetings
Advice on the selection of professionals (such as lawyers, accountants, real estate appraisers) and discussions with them
Advice on investment structures
Assistance with the preparation of related contracts and various procedures
Other ancillary services necessary for deal completion

Fee Structure

There are no upfront or interim payments; a success fee is charged upon the completion of the deal (at the time of signing the main contract).
*Note: Travel expenses necessary for advancing the project, as well as costs for outsourcing work to third-party professionals, will be charged at actual cost, regardless of whether the deal is completed. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the client in advance.

After the deal is completed, we also provide various types of support to promote joint ventures between the client and local partners.

This support is provided on a monthly fee basis, depending on the content of the support services.
*Note: As with the above, actual costs will be billed separately.
