Tetsuji NagataCEO Joined Sanyo Securities Co., Ltd. in 1988. After earning a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, he transitioned to Bloomberg LP’s Tokyo branch in April 1995. In July 2006, he founded East Wing Group. In 2010, he co-founded Sonatra Group in Cambodia alongside Mr. Oknha Sorn Sokna, assuming the role of CEO. In August 2020, he further expanded his leadership responsibilities by becoming the CEO of BCC Corporation.
Tsubasa ImamuraCOO Graduated from Osaka University with a degree in engineering in 2002. He gained extensive experience in investment banking (primarily structured finance and principal investment) at Shinsei Bank and foreign securities firms. In May 2010, he joined East Wing Group.
Oknha Sorn SoknaSenior Advisor Holds the title of Oknha, the highest civilian rank in Cambodia. He is a co-founder of SOKIMEX GROUP, a leading conglomerate with a primary focus on the petroleum industry, and serves as Vice Chairman of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
As a major shareholder of Sokha Hotel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SOKIMEX GROUP, he has extensive experience in overseeing land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and operations at the executive level. In 2010, he co-founded Sonatra Group alongside CEO Nagata and currently serves as its Chairman.
Dinh Ha LongIT Advisor He has worked as a product manager in corporate software development and system design at major Vietnamese IT companies, including FPT Software, Blueship, Nexus Frontier Tech, and Micromoney International. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of SSKPI Community Value JSC (headquartered in Hanoi) and BCC IT Innovation Co., Ltd (headquartered in Tokyo).

Mr. Kelvin has held key positions at global and major local companies, including Managing Director at Lippo Securities (headquartered in Indonesia), Partner at PwC Singapore and Vietnam, Managing Director at VinaCapital (headquartered in Vietnam), CEO at VinaSecurities (headquartered in Vietnam), CEO at the Vietnam-Oman Investment Fund (headquartered in Vietnam), and Partner at EY Vietnam. He has established a wide range of relationships and is multilingual.
